About this item
The Conveyer Machine stands as an essential component in
the manufacturing process of paper, paperboard, and diverse
fiberboards. This ingenious device operates through a contin-
-uous papermakingmethod, facilitating the creation of various
paper types with efficiency and precision. At its core, the
Fourdrinier machine features a continuous moving belt system
that plays a pivotal role in shaping the paper. A blend of pulp,
derived from wood fibers or other sources, combined with water,
forms a slurry mixture. This mixture is then poured onto the
moving belt. As the belt progresses, water drains out, leaving
behind a thin layer of fiber that begins to consolidate into a
sheet. he construction of the Fourdrinier machine ensures that
the fibers align uniformly, creating a cohesive and consistent
paper sheet. Through this continuous process, the paper
receives additional treatment, such as pressing, drying, and
surface finishing, to achieve the desired thickness, texture,
and quality.
